No Rush Fees
At Fantastic Transcripts, we do not charge
rush fees. The way our business is constructed is that we start work on your audio
as soon as we receive it, and we send you the transcript as soon as it is finished.
It is as simple as that.
Rush fees are traditional in the transcription field, because most transcription
companies consist of only a few individuals, and in-house projects are pushed
aside to handle more profitable rush jobs. This means that clients are charged
extra for rush jobs for fast transcripts while other customers have to wait for
theirs.
At Fantastic Transcripts, we have four
full-time employees who can route projects to more than 20 available part-timers
and freelancers who can transcribe any job quickly. We never push off doing
current projects. We don't have to.
While most transcription companies charge double and even triple their regular
rate for rush jobs, at Fantastic Transcripts,
we consider all jobs rush jobs without the rush fees.
