We can handle just about any format of audio or video, whether on tape, CD, DVD, over the Internet or over the telephone.

To be honest, some formats cannot be transcribed directly and we have to convert the material into a format we can handle. That can add extra time (but usually not an extra fee) to a project. But it is usually not a problem.

And if you do have audio or video you need converted to a different format for your own use, we can do that for you too.
